NATIONAL ASSOCIATION ALBERGHI DIFFUSI – "ADI"
Title I: CONSTITUTION, DENOMINATION, PREMISES, DURATION, OBJECT
Art. I: The association called Associazione Nazionale Alberghi Diffusi "A.D.I." is hereby constituted.
Art II: The Association has a not-for-profit character and has the following general objectives:
- To promote all the initiatives that valorise the form of hospitality encompassed by ADs,
to protect their image at the national level and to spread their use in the hospitality market,
both national and international. The characteristics of an AD are:
a joint entrepreneurial management; the offer of hotel services and common spaces for all the guests lodged in the various buildings that constitute the AD; a "real" environment, unique, characterised by houses, refurbished and furnished thinking the guests not as "tourists", but as temporal residents; a distance between the buildings that is not too great, as to allow the management to provide the guests not only with traditional hotel services, but also with a personal experience rooted in the territory and an easily identifiable style and identity that can be recognised in all the structure's components, which will therefore be part of an integrated project and will not be read as a mere sum of refurbished, independent, houses. - To facilitate individual purchases from the members, also through agreements with consortia, banks, private and public institutions, cooperatives and businesses and every other financial operator as to guarantee the members with favourable conditions for their professional and business activities;
- To manage common services directed at fostering tourism in ADs and the continuous qualification and professionalisation of the members' activities with respect to the consumers and to the tourists;
- To hold study meetings, to nominate technical commissions, to call meetings among the operators in order to debate all the problems connected to the ADs’ economic and social spheres, also in relation to the institutions for the promotion of tourism.
