Casa Oliva’s creative and refined kitchen makes its restaurants the place where the Guests can find again the ancient tastes expressed in refined menus.
Pasta is rigorously handmade using the “rolling pin”.
All courses are coupled with the right wines, listed in a rich and always updated wine list.
The panoramic, comfortable and with air conditioning provided hall, is at disposal for wedding meals, ceremonies and banquets.
Between the several courses, it’s possible to go out and enjoy about the breathtaking view which swept from the Apennines to the Adriatic sea, to a mountain that dominates the whole Metauro Valley.
On the breakfast buffet there are besides, fruit, cakes, biscuits and some other fresh specialities of the house. During the summer breakfast is served on the panoramic veranda.
Privacy and refinement mark the atmosphere of the “Special events” held in Casa Oliva. Special anniversaries, prestigious business-meals, top private meetings and, generally, important events characterized by a restricted number of people, find their ideal location in the exclusive and refined “Fireplace room”.
